No. My Casa Watch is not a rental agency or a holiday-let platform. We work exclusively for you, the owner; no one but you sleeps in your bed.
We work along the Costa Tropical and Costa del Sol corridor, based in Almuñécar: Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez-Málaga, Torrox, Nerja, Almuñécar, La Herradura, Salobreña and Motril.
The base subscription starts from €65/month and includes a monthly visit with a photo report, secure key holding and an emergency line. Extra services such as gardening, pool care or small repairs are always quoted before any work starts.
